O Six Feet Under confirmou turnê pelos Estados Unidos em junho. A 18 Nights Of Blood Tour 2012 começa em Atlanta, Georgia no dia 08/06 e atravessa o país até seu fim, dia 29/06 em Tampa, Flórida. A banda estará divulgando seu próximo álbum, Undead. Ao lado do Six Feet Under estarão as bandas Dying Fetus e Revocation.
